The first move from an apartment to their storage facility was seamless, everyone was professional and courteous. Luanne goes above and beyond with her customer service. Rob, the owner, was exceptional with his communication when there was a concern the day of the move. The movers were amazingly professional, took exceptional care of all the items like they were their own. I took advantage of their storage facility for several months before needing everything moved across country to Phoenix, AZ. While Zippboxx doesn't offer cross- country moving services, Luanne recommended a company that turned out to be fantastic. Made a normally stressful situation amazingly stress-free. Their rates are so competitive and no gimmicks or hidden fees like the other storage units I had called. I would HIGHLY recommend them! read less

Packers did an excellent job, so far, opening 80+ boxes not one thing has been broken, and the move was done within the time, we alloted and the estimate was pretty much dead on. read less

Delivery was actually a day earlier than planned, which worked out really well because of a paving project that was underway at my new residence. The delivery crew was exceptionally efficient and professional. I was kept informed every step of the way. The whole process was as painless as possible. All the movers were very competent, professional and took great care of all our items. Moving is by nature a stressful process, but Rob and his team gave us great confidence along the way. Besides the fact we moved during “the pandemic “ , this was a particularly difficult move because we were “homeless” for 6 weeks since the owners of our new home refused to move. Working with Zippboxx helped to make the moving and storage part the easiest part. We have moved 10 times and Zippboxx is the only moving company we would recommend. read less

Everyone knows moving can be extremely stressful. Norman and his team of movers made our move so much easier! I highly recommend this company for all moving needs. We had a more than great experience!!!
